Fitness University, a charity that we sponsor and volunteer with- is a finalist to win a $2000 donation from SafeCo Insurance. Fitness U is a great (FREE) 6 week running program offered each summer by the Gate City Striders for kids age 3-14- is dedicated to promoting fitness, fun and good health!
This week over 500 kids participated!
