Point 32 Health is the name for the recently MERGED 2 long term regional health insurance companies here in New England: Harvard Pilgrim Healthcare and TUFTS Health Plan. This article is designed to summarize the 2023 Medicare products that will be offered by each insurer in MA and NH.

For 2023, Harvard Pilgrim Healthcare will continue to offer their Medicare Supplement and Medicare Advantage Plans in NH. 

NH Medicare Supplement Plans
Harvard Pilgrim's Medicare Supplement rates are NOT gender specific, like some of the other insurers.
Harvard Pilgrim will continue to offer Medicare Supplement Plans F, G, M, N and A.

NH Medicare Advantage Plans
Harvard Pilgrim will continue to offer 4 Medicare Advantage Plan designs in 2023 in most counties in NH.

You can find more information about their plan designs at ​www.medicare.gov/plan-compare Important NOTE for 2023, Harvard Pilgrim Healthcare will NO LONGER OFFER their Harvard Pilgrim Stride Medicare Advantage plans in Carroll and Coos Counties. Current members who reside in one of these counties who are enrolled NOW in a Harvard Pilgrim Medicare Advantage Plan will receive a notice and be able to make a NEW PLAN SELECTION for 2023.

TUFTS Health Plan Medicare Advantage Plans for 2023 
For 2023 TUFTS Health Plan will offer several Medicare Advantage options. In MOST MA counties, consumers can choose from HMO and PPO alternatives. For example in Norfolk County MA Medicare beneficiaries may select from 8 HMO alternatives and 1 PPO plan.
